A suited and booted Ensono team emerged from a great night in central London victorious after receiving the VMware vCAN Partner of the Year award at VMware’s UK & Ireland Partner Recognition Dinner. Oliver Presland, VP Global Product Management, Yvonne Bamgboye, VP Client Service Operations and Nadia Nizar, Head of Influencer Relations accepted the award on behalf of the entire Ensono team on a glitzy night at the St Pancras Renaissance Hotel, hosted by VMware’s David Phull and Alanzo Blackstock.
The gala awards dinner was established to acknowledge the outstanding achievements of VMware partners in the UK and Ireland. Ensono’s vCAN Partner of the Year award recognises Ensono’s success in embracing VMware’s SDDC vision to provide Ensono customers with an advanced virtualised networked environment taking full advantage of the benefits of SDN.
Ensono has a long and storied history of working closely with VMware; a partnership spanning well over a decade. From being a launch partner for the VSPP Programme in EMEA in June 2007, to winning this award, Ensono has worked closely with VMware to design, build and manage complex cloud platforms that meet the very specific needs of our UK and Ireland based clients.
We have always seen collaboration, support and engagement with VMware as pivotal to our success, always placing our relationship with VMware at the heart of our strategy and product roadmap. We are thrilled to have been formally recognised for our role in VMware’s success, and to have received this award from our strategic partner.
Looking ahead, the VMware SDDC stack will form the global standard platform for Ensono, meaning that our close partnership with VMware will form the foundation for growing our SDDC offering globally. We look forward to many more years of forging a bright and prosperous future for VMware and Ensono.
Though collected by a few individuals, this truly was a team effort and serves as indication of what the Ensono family can accomplish. This is only the start and we look forward to many nights like this one.
