We are committed to incorporating corporate social responsibility throughout our operations, for the benefit of our clients, associates and the communities where we live and work. This encompasses efforts to reduce our environmental impact, foster associate inclusion and development, and maintain robust governance and data security.
Most importantly, we adapt to the needs of our industry and workforce in an ever-changing world. By prioritizing corporate social responsibility at all levels, we reinforce an atmosphere where innovation thrives and our associates succeed.

Our goal is to become a net-zero company by 2050. We’ll get there through more efficient energy consumption, regular emissions monitoring and responsible water and waste management at our data centers and office locations.
Our people are our foundation. We strive to create an equitable environment where they can do their best work, build relationships with internal and external communities, and prepare themselves for whatever comes next.
Our purpose is to protect and manage critical systems for our clients. From board-level audits to all-company training, governance and ethics principles are incorporated at all levels. We take every precaution to ensure data security and privacy across our business.

Our global focus on diversity, equity and inclusion
With associates and offices across the U.S., U.K., Europe and India, Ensono is invested in extending and adapting our corporate social responsibility to each region.
In India, where 50% of our associates are based, we have invested in expanding critical benefits including paid parental leave, women leadership training and global allyship roundtables. We are also dedicated to building a more representative pipeline of local talent through programs like Ready to Deploy, which provides technical training for recent college graduates passionate about technology.
We also have a group called Ensono Women Connected. Ensono Women Connected seeks to empower Ensono to become a destination employer for women through executive advocacy, allyship, training and development, and gender inclusiveness. The group executes on three main objectives:
- Training and elevating Ensono women
- Driving representation of Women in Tech
- Educating on the topic of gender diversity and inclusivity.
Through Ensono Women Connected, associates can participate in webinars, roundtables, and events focused on topics that educate, inspire, and challenge all Ensono associates.
Today, women make up 23% of our workforce globally.. By 2025, our goal is to increase Black or Hispanic/Latino representation to 20% of U.S. associates, and the number of women to 26% of global associates.
Diversity, equity and inclusion starts at the top and Ensono’s CEO, Jeff Von Deylen, inked his commitment by signing the CEO ACT!ON for Diversity and Inclusion pledge which promises to:
- Make our workplace a trusting place to have complex, and sometimes difficult, conversations about diversity and inclusion
- Implement unconscious bias education
- Share best practices
- Create and share strategic inclusion and diversity plans with our board of directors
