We’re looking for ServiceNow Developers to join our Global Platform Team. As part of a team spanning working in an agile framework, you will be responsible for building and maintaining capability to support our internal user base.
Primarily working in the area of ServiceNow Service Catalog, develop forms and workflows to support our internal associate experience.
Work with product owners and other stakeholders to ensure that applications deliver the required business value.
Work with stakeholders and end users to identify usability and productivity improvements.
Deliver high quality, defect-free and testable code.
Actively participate in backlog refinement, estimation sessions and daily standups.
Prepare for and participate in sprint reviews.
Develop applications that are highly available, secure, scaleable and performant and meet the demands of a 24 x 7 operations company.
Debug and fix application code as required.
Provide application support to internal end users as required.
8 years of experience of ITSM products with at least 5 years of experience implementing various solutions on the ServiceNow platform
Should have strong knowledge & troubleshooting skills on ITSM ServiceNow platform
A good understanding of data protection and security principles
Experience working within an agile development framework, delivering business value in every sprint.
Highly motivated and collaborative
Must be able to communicate technical issues to both technical and non-technical teams
Ability to quickly understand new technologies sufficiently to be able to provide guidance to the team
Must be delivery focused
A thoughtful and confident communicator, able to engage at all levels of the business.
