Texas DIR Deliverables-Based Information Technology Services (DBITS)

Contract Overview

Ensono is an approved vendor under the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) Deliverables-Based Information Technology Services (DBITS) contract, DIR-CPO-6136.

The DIR Cooperative Contracts program streamlines the procurement of IT services for Texas state agencies, local governments, public education institutions, and other eligible public entities. Under DBITS, customers may obtain services by issuing a competitive Statement of Work (SOW) request or by directly engaging an approved vendor in accordance with DIR guidelines.

Services are available to eligible Texas state agencies, local governments, public education institutions, and other authorized entities as defined by the Texas DIR Cooperative Contracts program.

Services Available Under DIR-CPO-6136

Ensono provides the following services under the DBITS contract framework:

• Group 1: Application Development, Maintenance and Support; Technology Upgrade, Migration and Transformation; and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
  Ensono provides application development, application maintenance and support, and technology migration and upgrade services, including services related to legacy system modernization.
• Group 2: Business Intelligence (BI), Data Management, Analytics and Automation, including Data Warehousing
  Ensono provides business intelligence, data management, analytics, automation, data warehousing, and AI data readiness services in support of modernization and transformation initiatives.
• Group 3: IT Assessments, Planning, Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V), and Market Research, Procurement Advisory, and Contract Implementation Services
  Ensono provides IT assessments and planning services within this group.
• Group 4: Project and Program Management
  Ensono provides project and program management services in support of DBITS engagements.

How to Request a Quote or Place an Order

Eligible public entities may request services under DIR-CPO-6136 by contacting Ensono directly.

Ensono will respond with next steps, including Statement of Work guidance and pricing structure consistent with DIR DBITS contract requirements.

Procurement of services under this contract must comply with Texas DIR DBITS program guidelines and applicable purchasing regulations.

Warranty

Ensono will perform deliverables-based information technology services in a professional and workmanlike manner in accordance with the terms of DIR Contract Number DIR-CPO-6136 and the applicable Statement of Work.

If a deliverable does not materially conform to the requirements set forth in the executed Statement of Work, Ensono will correct the nonconforming deliverable as required under the DIR DBITS contract terms.
