Ensono’s William Flannery Promoted to Chief Operating Officer to Enhance Client Experience
Ensono, a leading hybrid IT services provider, announced today that William Flannery has been promoted to chief operating officer. In his previous role as executive vice president of operations, Flannery led the expansion of Ensono’s operating model from regional to global, adding teams in the U.S., U.K., Poland, Germany and India. He will continue those efforts in his new role, ensuring the company’s managed mainframe and cloud services seamlessly meet client standards worldwide.

Flannery will continue to drive Ensono’s global operations teams to deliver consistent client service and focus on maintaining a loyal customer base. In addition to leading global operations, Flannery will leverage his experience in leading diverse teams to deliver the cross functional execution required to compete in the fast paced technology industry and guide Ensono’s aggressive growth strategy.
Flannery’s background showcases an established 20 years of experience in IT management, which played a prominent role in his progression to COO. Since joining the Ensono team in 2015, Flannery has cemented his background with his work managing the operations team while continuing to pioneer new ideas for growth.
