Michelle Day brings a client-first approach to AI, focused on turning emerging technology into practical opportunities for transformation and growth. As Senior Vice President of AI Transformation and Go-to-Market, Michelle leads Ensono’s efforts to bring its AI capabilities to market, working across sales, product, consulting and delivery to shape offerings around what clients need most. Michelle plays a central role in putting AI at the core of how Ensono operates and serves clients, helping the company move faster, create new value and continue building its position as a market leader in AI.

Michelle brings more than 25 years of experience helping organizations navigate change, including a decade in consulting. Since joining Ensono, she has led across multiple areas of the business, beginning in service delivery before taking on broader commercial and Public Sector leadership roles. Most recently, she led Ensono’s Public Sector business, more than doubling the business while expanding Ensono’s presence across State and Local Government. That breadth of experience gives Michelle a unique perspective on how strategy, technology, operations and client needs come together.

Her experience spans industries and some of the most complex and highly regulated environments, including financial services, Federal and State government, and healthcare. Prior to Ensono, Michelle held leadership roles at CME Group and spent 10 years at Deloitte, where she advised Fortune 500 and government leaders on strategy, innovation and transformation.

Michelle is equally passionate about developing high performing teams and creating opportunities for others to lead. She has been an active champion of women at Ensono through Women Connected, helping build community, connection and professional development across the organization.

Michelle lives in the mountains of Reno, where you’ll often find her hiking or skiing when she’s not working.
