As Senior Vice President of Hybrid Cloud, Duan leads the product management, engineering, and product marketing functions for the Hybrid Cloud managed services portfolio. This portfolio spans public clouds including Microsoft Azure, AWS and Google Cloud Platform. It also includes private cloud services, infrastructure, and application services products. Duan has been in the technology and managed services industry for 20+ years spanning global roles in South Africa, UK, and USA. Duan most recent role was at Faction, a multi-cloud data services provider, where he was the SVP of Product Management and Marketing. Prior to this, Duan was the General Manager of the Microsoft Azure Services business at Rackspace, where he spent ~12 years in various leadership roles including operations, business intelligence, product development, and marketing. Duan holds an MBA in Technology Management from The Open University in London.
