As Senior Vice President and Managing Director for India, he leads one of Ensono’s most strategic regions, helping scale the company’s global delivery organization, expand technical capabilities, and foster a culture where people and innovation thrive.
With more than 30 years of experience in technology services, Ayush has built and led global teams across cloud, infrastructure, applications, data, and AI. He is passionate about helping organizations navigate complex transformation while creating environments where teams can do their best work and clients can confidently modernize for the future.

Before joining Ensono, Ayush held senior leadership roles at Trianz, DXC Technology, Accenture, and Wipro. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale global delivery organizations, developed high-performing teams, and helped enterprises modernize their technology landscapes through cloud, infrastructure, and AI-enabled solutions. Known for his collaborative, people-first leadership style, Ayush believes strong businesses are built by investing in people, embracing continuous learning, and never losing sight of the client.
