Scott Grossman helps drive Ensono’s growth with a focus on what makes a business resilient—from strong financial fundamentals to a culture that encourages curiosity, collaboration, and smart risk-taking. He leads the finance organization with a focus on enabling teams to deliver exceptional service to clients, while driving operational excellence and strategic investments that position Ensono for long-term success.

Prior to joining Ensono, Scott helped scale emerging tech firms through periods of rapid growth and change, holding executive roles including COO at Keeper Security and President & COO at Brad’s Deals. Earlier in his career, he was a private equity investor with Austin Ventures, an M&A investment banker with BMO Capital Markets and a strategy consultant with Deloitte. His background spans finance, operations, and strategy—with degrees from Duke and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Scott enjoys connecting with Ensono colleagues around the globe, cheering on his favorite sports teams, and finding new ways to recharge with family and friends.
