Savio Lobo brings clarity to complexity, guiding Ensono’s technology, security, and product operations with a calm, strategic approach shaped by more than 30 years in IT and business leadership. As Chief Information Officer, he leads with a strong focus on resilience, scalability, and building the systems that keep Ensono and its clients running securely and efficiently.

He’s passionate about mentoring talent and building teams that thrive on collaboration and accountability. Savio is focused on strengthening Ensono’s core systems, improving service delivery through automation, and ensuring every part of the business has the tools and infrastructure it needs to scale and evolve.

Before joining Ensono, Savio held senior technology roles at NiSource, CNA Insurance, and Tata Consulting Services, where he led enterprise-scale IT transformations, built IT functions from the ground up, and drove operational improvements across industries.

He also brings that same focus to his community work—serving on the board of The Harbour, a nonprofit supporting young women and trans youth experiencing homelessness. Savio is known at Ensono for his steady leadership, thoughtful decision-making, and commitment to building a strong foundation for innovation and growth.
