Roger brings decades of experience advising enterprise leaders on modernization, cloud adoption, and emerging technologies like AI and automation. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations simplify legacy environments, reduce technical debt, and accelerate large-scale transformation initiatives.

Before joining Ensono, Roger held senior strategy and transformation roles at companies including Capgemini, IBM, Hewlett Packard, and Ribbon Communications, where he worked with boards and executive teams to shape technology strategies and launch new transformation initiatives.

Based in Austin, Roger is known for his collaborative approach, global perspective, and ability to connect big ideas with practical execution.
