Mike Doyle is all about helping companies think bigger and move faster. As Managing Director of North America, Mike partners with Fortune 500 organizations to solve their toughest transformation challenges, build stronger client relationships, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

With more than 30 years of experience in consulting and enterprise technology, Mike has built a reputation for making complexity manageable and change achievable. Before joining Ensono, he served as Executive Vice President at Capgemini and previously held leadership roles at Accenture and his own consulting firm, working across industries from consumer products and retail to telecom and energy.

Mike has led large-scale programs involving post-merger integration, customer experience transformation, and cost optimization, often turning around underperforming initiatives and delivering results where others couldn’t. He thrives on high-stakes moments and is known for building trust-based partnerships that last.

Mike is a longtime advocate for youth financial literacy and entrepreneurship, serving as a board member for Junior Achievement in Dallas for over 15 years. When he’s not guiding enterprise strategy, Mike’s likely coaching, mentoring, or spending time outdoors with his family in Texas.
