Raj is a driving force behind initiatives like Ensono’s Mainframe Academy, which creates opportunities for the next generation of mainframe experts and ensures a strong talent pipeline for clients around the world.

Before joining Ensono, Raj spent over 26 years at Wipro, where he led global infrastructure and data center businesses, managed P&Ls, and partnered with enterprise clients across industries like financial services and healthcare. His global experience brings a wide lens to problem-solving and service delivery at scale.

Based in New Jersey, Raj is known for his collaborative leadership style and commitment to mentorship. Whether he’s supporting teams across time zones or working side-by-side to solve complex challenges, Raj brings energy, clarity, and a drive to help people and systems perform at their best.
