As Senior Vice President of Insurance at Ensono, Phil partners with insurers to simplify complexity, reimagine legacy systems, and accelerate digital transformation with real business impact. 

With a career spanning more than three decades, Phil has led from just about every angle: as CEO of illumifin, Global Head of Insurance at DXC Technology, and in senior roles at IBM, CSC, EY, and AGF. Whether he’s designing go-to-market strategies, leading large-scale operational turnarounds, or advising on cloud and platform modernizaton, Phil brings a mix of strategic clarity, practical execution, and domain expertise that’s hard to match. 

He’s especially passionate about helping insurers navigate the dual challenge of innovation and while eradicating legacy operational and technology debt—unlocking new value without compromising what matters most. 

Originally from the UK, and having worked in Asia, Phil is and now based in the U.S.
