Chief Legal Officer

Pete Bazil serves as Chief Legal Officer for Ensono, where he leads the global legal function and acts as a trusted advisor to the board of directors and executive leadership team. A pragmatic and results oriented leader, Pete guides the company in support of its growth and innovation objectives while managing enterprise risk. He leads a global team responsible for providing expert advice and support for legal, regulatory, compliance and corporate governance matters, as well as corporate and commercial transactions.

Before joining Ensono in 2015, Pete held executive leadership roles at Savvis and CenturyLink where he led global legal and commercial functions.

Based in Minnesota, Pete is active in his community, having served on boards of organizations committed to alleviating local poverty and supporting children with disabilities and their families.
