Jim Piazza is driving the future of AI at Ensono—leading with curiosity, speed, and a relentless focus on real-world outcomes. As Chief AI Officer, Jim is focused on embedding AI and machine learning across Ensono’s services, platforms, and client experiences to unlock smarter operations, faster insights, and predictive performance.

Jim and his team are the architects, innovators and implementers behind Ensono’s Envision Predictive Engine and DiagnoseNow: two breakthrough platforms that are reshaping how IT incidents are predicted, diagnosed, and resolved. His work helps clients avoid downtime, reduce complexity, and operate with confidence in increasingly hybrid environments.

With more than two decades of experience in enterprise-scale AI/ML, hyperscale infrastructure, and predictive systems, Jim has held leadership roles at Penguin Solutions, Meta (Facebook), and other tech pioneers. He’s led teams managing over 50,000 GPUs, directed operations for 11 million+ servers, and built ML frameworks for self-healing systems.

Jim is a CISSP-certified leader and a recognized voice in AI innovation. He is quoted in publications like The Wall Street Journal, CIO Magazine, and IT Brew, featured in the leadership book The Power in the Pivot, and recently won the AI Breakthrough Award for advancements in predictive systems. Outside of work, he’s a lifelong musician and proud advocate for creative leadership.
