Jim Kozlowski is the go-to leader for all things data center and sustainability at Ensono. As Chief Sustainability Officer and VP of Data Center Operations, Jim is passionate about making sure our global data centers run with 100% uptime, while also driving real progress toward our net-zero goals.

Jim’s career spans decades in the data center world, with experience leading teams across the US, UK, Poland, Germany, and India. Jim started his career at Deloitte as a CPA. Following his time at Deloitte, Jim held senior roles at CenturyLink and Savvis, where he built new markets, expanded capacity, and delivered major projects on time and under budget. What really drives Jim is the opportunity to make a positive impact—on the environment, on our clients, and on his team.

Jim is based in Denver and enjoys exploring the outdoors and traveling around the world with his family. At Ensono, he’s valued for his collaborative style, his relentless focus on improvement, and his belief that great operations and great sustainability go hand in hand.
