About the role and what you’ll be doing: 

As a Senior Consultant – Delivery Manager at Ensono Digital, you will be playing a key supportive role within your project as part of an agile delivery team, working across the full SDLC on an exciting project and helping that client to realize the business benefit of an investment into the cloud.

Required Qualifications:

You will be working across the SDLC on large, complex and scalable projects with high volume and high availability microservices. As such, we are looking for someone who will bring their skills and experience:              

  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps and Atlassian products for Agile Delivery Management 
  • Proficiency with spreadsheet and project management software for core project management activities 
  • Experience delivering projects within Agile Software Delivery Methodologies and promoting engineering techniques to aid a Lean Software Engineering objective of minimizing waste and maximizing value to Ensono Digital clients. 
  • Ability to generate clear and detailed project plans centered around the project critical path, deliverable and activity sequencing and dependency planning 
  • Defining the planned releases and transition of working software into a production environment and ongoing operational support in the context of Ensono managed services and client-side operational support processes. 
  • Creating a collaborative team environment where everyone’s opinion is heard, but you know when to be assertive, back down or escalate  
  • Providing direction to your delivery team(s), resolving challenges and being responsible for outcome  
  • Supportive of client goals and builds influence through continual delivery excellence and reliability          
  • Great communication skills, in particular: presenting, collaborating and partnering with stakeholders      
  • Understanding of how to identify and manage stakeholder expectations associated with a project based on their power and influence against a project’s goals and objectives and commercial obligations. 
  • Understanding of risk management and how to establish a risk management process that identifies, qualifies and quantifies a risk, how to plan risk responses against a forecast proximity and how to manage risk throughout a project lifecycle.    
  • Can confidently manage multiple small/medium project budgets (both Time and Materials and Fixed Price) with understanding of the commercial and contractual impacts of project change 
  • Comfortable with the creation of different scenario forecasts with associated margin analysis to support commercial planning 
  • Curiosity and openness to innovation: actively seeking out and experimenting with new platforms, tools, and AI-driven approaches to improve delivery efficiency, team collaboration, and client outcomes. 
  • Contribution towards activities within the Delivery Management competency, supporting knowledge sharing and helping us meet our competency goals 
  • Builds awareness of emergent trends and market changes in industries relevant to client projects. Recognizes opportunities for Ensono and supports business development initiatives such as presales

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this role is $110,000 to $140,000 annually based on a full-time schedule. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs. In addition to base salary, other compensation programs, depending on eligibility, include an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance and an equity grant under our Associate Equity Appreciation Program.
