Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified Senior Application Developer to join our team!  As an Application Developer, you will primarily be responsible for extending or enhancing the functionality of purchased business applications, leveraging one or several development frameworks while adhering to the supported methodologies and best practices for the application.  You will work both as part of the team and individually.

Job Responsibilities:

 

In this role, you will be responsible for administrating, analyzing, designing, programing, debugging, testing, and modifying software enhancements to meet stakeholders’ requirements.  This includes, but is not limited to, Go transverse, Service Path, and DocuSign platforms.  The right candidate will possess proven application development skills, with experience in developing customized solutions within different commercial applications.

You are expected to be versatile, able to thrive in a dynamic environment and comfortable managing competing priorities.  You can clearly and effectively communicate (written as well as verbally) across organizations and up to the leadership team.

Most importantly, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

 

In addition, you will be responsible for:

• Understand client requirements and how they translate in application features
• Design creative prototypes according to specifications
• Write high quality source code to program complete applications within deadlines
• Perform unit and integration testing
• Conduct functional and non-functional testing
• Troubleshoot and debug
• Evaluate existing applications to update and add new features
• Develop technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design and code
• Maintain the security and integrity of the application software

 

Experience Level: –

 

Total overall experience of 5+ years

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field is required

 

Technical Key Skills (Mandatory Skills)

 

• 5-8 years of professional application and software development experience
• 5-8 years of experience in hands on development and coding in languages such as Python, C#, JSON, Java, SQL, XML, HTML, CSS etc.
• Experience working in a global team setting
• Experience working for a US based company
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to understand commercial business processes and various customization pertaining to billing, including but not limited to CPQ (ServicePath), Salesforce, Workday and DocuSign
• Working knowledge of Quote-to-Cash process
• Deep understanding of application development lifecycle
• Working knowledge of API integrations with enterprise systems, demonstrated experience writing Web Services, RESTFUL, or SOAP, as well as experience writing fault-tolerant code
• Experience working in both waterfall and agile development frameworks
• Ability to problem solve high-level software and application issues
• Strong critical and analytical thinking skills

 

Good to have Skills

• Excellent time management
• Experience with complex billing structure, e.g. consumption/usage-based billing model
• Keen attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Project Management experience is a plus
• Working knowledge of DocuSign CLM/DocuSign CLM+ is a plus
• Working knowledge of generic AI, such as Azure AI or Gemini, is a plus
