About the role and what you’ll be doing: 

We are looking for a Mainframe Security Engineer that will help the team with creating new and closing IDs, granting access to resources, modifying systems, and overall access control duties. This person will be collaborating on a team in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks that come up on projects for clients. 

• Hands-on administration of RACF, ACF2 and Top-Secret login ID’s, dataset, and resource rules.
• Monitor system security policy and violations/incidents
• Perform and review daily, weekly, and monthly audit reports
• Liaison with business areas and other technical support areas
• Provide customer support by preparing ad hoc reports and giving presentations
• Monitors the environment for adherence to security standards
• Must be available 24 x7

Required Qualifications

• Experience with…
  • REXX or any programming language 
  • implementing and maintaining ISPF panels 
  • using Vanguard and/or IBM zSecure security products

Preferred Qualifications

• CISSP, CISA, CISM or ITIL Certification
• Excellent TSO, JCL, IBM UTILITIES, JES2, and ISPF 
• Experience with…
  • Unix or Linux on Z programming
  • CICS 
  • IAM, MFA and PAM
  • iSeries security knowledge
  • MVS
