Ensono hires Brito to advance solution selling, propelling North America growth
Ensono announced today that Mike Brito joins Ensono as vice president, solution architecture. In this role, Brito is responsible for advancing the design and delivery of Ensono’s solutions and leveraging that advancement to bolster Ensono’s growth.
“Mike has extensive experience developing impactful solutions, recruiting key talent, and building a solution architecture organization for growth and scale.” said Paola Doebel, SVP and managing director, North America, Ensono. “Mike will play a significant role in helping create differentiated solutions that meet the desired outcomes of our customers.”
Brito spent nearly eight years at HPE leading solution architecture teams and creating solutions to meet the business challenges of today’s CIO. Most recently, he was the director of solution architecture where he led a team of sales engineering professionals and was responsible for growing both the business and talent within the presales compute organization in North America. Prior to his director role, Brito oversaw numerous solution architecture teams at HPE including hybrid IT, cloud and software-defined, converged cloud and public cloud. Prior to HPE, Brito held various engineering roles where his responsibilities included data center management services for a national US bank and creating technology solutions for clients across multiple industries.

Brito also assists in teaching sales and marketing at Columbia University in New York City. He is the second HPE alum to join Ensono. The managed service provider brought on Doebel as the SVP and MD of North America last year.
