One of the UK’s largest not-for-profit providers of specialist housing and care for those in later life, this client provides 54,000 homes across 1,700 sites. The company continuously reinvests into its properties and services, expanding and innovating all the time, so that its clients always have a home they love living in.

The organization had chronically underinvested in technology and needed a strong data platform as a foundation for its cloud journey.

In a sector closely regulated by government bodies, it needed trustworthy data and governance in order to confidently report on buildings, procurement, and vendor selection. This insight would help it make better business decisions and improve clients’ experiences.

Ensono provided the client with a ‘Day One’ implementation consisting of foundational architecture components, tools and processes. We also developed an initial user story in which a user logs into the platform and accesses a report that pulls data from up to five sources.

Ensono also upskilled the internal team, enabling them to become self-sufficient across their data practices. We did this through hybrid teams and empowering the client team to make architectural decisions based on a deeper understanding of their business.
