Greenergy’s information technology is critical to the delivery of low-cost fuels and high levels of service to its customers. The organisation needed to ensure that it was equipped with an innovative, cost-efficient, and highly resilient IT infrastructure to deliver increased business value.

The journey

Ensono’s Consulting and Advisory services delivered on Greenergy’s objective to improve performance across its technology, people, processes, and partners in several ways. In addition to onboarding a team of practitioners to support migration of the core infrastructure and services, Ensono placed a full-time interim CIO role to lead the transformation.
