Ensono at 10: Reflecting Back, Looking Ahead

Ten years ago, Ensono began with a handful of people and a bold vision for a different, better approach to managed services: client‑centric, collaborative, focused on outcomes, rooted in trust.

Back then, the technology landscape looked different, and so did we. Cloud was gaining momentum, data work was exploratory, AI was far from the mainstream, and our services were centered on mainframe and infrastructure. We couldn’t see every twist and turn ahead, but we were sure about the kind of company we wanted to build: a place where clients could count on us as a relentless ally, where talented people could grow in their careers, and where success was measured not just in numbers, but in relationships.

We believed that if we put people first — our clients and our team — the rest would follow. That belief became the north star for a decade of growth.

A Decade In Motion

The past ten years have tested and changed us in ways I never could have predicted. We’ve grown from a few hundred associates to nearly 4,000. We’ve evolved from a specialized provider into an industry leader with expertise spanning legacy systems, modern applications, hybrid cloud, and AI. We’ve built strong partnerships with some of the most respected and innovative organizations in our industry.

Today, we are a mission-critical ally to some of the world’s leading organizations, supporting systems that impact millions of lives each day—whether it’s making sure people can access their money securely at any time, helping healthcare providers deliver timely and accurate care, or working with government agencies to keep essential services running smoothly for their citizens.

We’ve helped navigate our clients through major technological shifts and unprecedented global disruption. And along the way, they have challenged us, trusted us, and grown with us. Some have been with us since day one. Others joined along the way. Each has shaped who we are today and pushed us to keep reaching higher.

What makes me proudest isn’t just the growth charts. It’s the culture we’ve created and the people who bring it to life:

• Colleagues who left and returned, drawn back by the sense of belonging and collaborative spirit that sets Ensono apart

Our commitment extends beyond our walls, too. Ensono associates have poured time, talent, and resources into communities around the world. That generosity and instinct to help are part of who we are. It’s another way we define success.

No Limit To What’s Next

As thrilling as the last 10 years have been, I’m even more energized by what I see on the road ahead.

Technology is moving faster than any of us have ever seen. That pace, and the demands it places on businesses and teams, is only going to increase. It can feel overwhelming. But it’s exactly the kind of challenge and opportunity Ensono was purpose-built for.

We have never been a company that stands still. Flexibility and momentum are in our DNA. We’ve listened, learned, and evolved alongside our clients, meeting them where they are on their IT innovation journey, helping them get where they want to be, and seeing around corners to where they can go next. That founding mission will never change. What will keep changing is the speed of the journey, and the tools and technologies we use to accelerate it.

In the past 10 years, we have modernized mission-critical systems, brought new life to legacy environments, and connected hybrid and multicloud platforms in powerful, pioneering ways. We’ve helped clients unlock the value of data and AI — not as buzzwords, but as ROI-driving solutions to real challenges.

In the decade ahead, we will keep building on that foundation: expanding our expertise to not just meet the current moment, but anticipate the next one; using emerging technologies thoughtfully and responsibly to deliver meaningful results; broadening our vision of what’s possible for our clients and helping them see it, believe it, and achieve it.
