We use AI-powered tools to help our recruiters efficiently review large volumes of applications. These tools may:

  • Parse resumes to identify relevant skills, experience, and qualifications
  • Suggest matches between candidate profiles and open roles based on job requirements
  • Flag applications for further review based on objective criteria set by our Talent Acquisition team

Interview Scheduling

AI-driven scheduling assistants may be used to coordinate interview times, reducing back-and-forth and speeding up the process for candidates and interviewers.

Candidate Communications

Automated systems may send status updates, reminders, or requests for additional information. These communications are designed to keep you informed and engaged throughout the process.

Structured Interview Support

We use AI tools to record, transcribe, and summarize audio and video interviews. This technology simplifies the note-taking process and allows our hiring teams to be fully present and engaged with candidates during interviews. By automatically capturing and organizing candidate responses, AI helps ensure a consistent, accurate, and fair evaluation process across all interviews.

Candidate Use of AI in the Interview Process: Permitted and Not-Permitted Uses

At Ensono, we recognize that AI tools are increasingly accessible and may be used by candidates to prepare for interviews. We support the responsible use of technology, but we also value authenticity, transparency, and a fair assessment process. To ensure a level playing field and uphold the integrity of our hiring process, we ask candidates to adhere to the following guidelines regarding AI use during interviews:

Permitted Uses

  • Interview Preparation:
    Candidates may use AI tools (such as chatbots, resume builders, or online research assistants) to help prepare for interviews, practice responses, or research Ensono and the role.
  • Skill Development:
    Using AI-powered learning platforms or coding assistants to build or practice relevant skills prior to the interview is allowed.
  • Application Materials:
    Candidates may use AI to help draft or refine their resumes, cover letters, or portfolios, provided the content accurately reflects their own experience and abilities.

Not-Permitted Uses

  • Real-Time Assistance During Interviews: Candidates may not use AI tools to generate or suggest answers in real time during live or virtual interviews (e.g., using chatbots, real-time transcription, or answer generators while responding to interview questions).
  • Misrepresentation of Skills or Experience: Submitting AI-generated work (such as code, writing samples, or project portfolios) as your own, when you did not create or substantially contribute to the work, is not permitted.
  • Automated Participation: Use of avatars, voice synthesis, or any technology to impersonate yourself or automate your participation in interviews is strictly prohibited.
  • Plagiarism: Copying AI-generated content without attribution or presenting it as your own original thought or work is not allowed.

Our Approach

We encourage candidates to be transparent about their use of AI in the application process. If you have questions about what is permitted, please ask your recruiter. Ensono reserves the right to verify the authenticity of candidate submissions and may request additional information or clarification as needed. By following these guidelines, we can ensure a fair, respectful, and authentic interview experience for all candidates.
