Total Rewards Support Specialist
Downers Grove, IL JR012126Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Total Rewards team, including data entry, document preparation, and responding to employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits.
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs (health, dental, vision, retirement, wellness, etc.), including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date associate records in HRIS and benefits systems.
- Process all monthly and ad hoc Total Reward vendor invoices.
- Assist with preparing and distributing communications related to Total Rewards programs and initiatives.
- Assist with compliance activities, including audits, reporting, and documentation for compensation and benefits.
- Respond to associate questions and resolve issues related to pay, benefits, and leave in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with administering company wide associate recognition program.
- Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives within the Total Rewards and broader CPE function.

Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Customer service orientation and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role, preferably with exposure to compensation and benefits. Internship Experience preferred.
- Experience with HRIS and benefits administration systems.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this role is $21.50 to $30 per hour. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs. In addition to base salary, other compensation programs, depending on eligibility, include an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance and an equity grant under our Associate Equity Appreciation Program.
