Experienced Sr. Director of Technical Delivery Management team to manage Ensono’s global infrastructure and IT services. The ideal candidate will have experience working across a global organization, with a variety of Mainframe, Distributed and Cloud solutions. The Sr. Director will partner with teams across the globe to run and optimize services and support clients in all of our global locations. The role is based out of India and will report locally to the Service Delivery Head India and functionally to the Delivery Management head In Poland.

The role is responsible for leading organization of Technical Delivery Managers (TDM) who possess expertise in ITSM and a deep understanding of the client’s public cloud environments to provide oversight and guidance for Ensono’s Operations experience. This leader’s key focus will be:

Maximize the value of TDM function delivered for Ensono Clients out of India Delivery Center
Grow and develop TDMs team by attracting the right talent and continuously improving skills and expertise in the team
Provide direct support for key accounts to deepen our client relationships and strengthen our client partnerships

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for hiring, developing, and retaining a team of 30+ highly skilled technical delivery management professionals at different levels that have direct client management responsibilities
  • Drive the strategic maturity of Technical Delivery Management team in India, working with key internal organizations
  • Industrialize our technical risk and insight management by aggregating client centric process efficiency, technical performance, or cost optimization opportunities
  • Align closely with Client Success, Products and Global Operations peers to be accountable for continuously improving our client’s experience
  • Enable efficient and effective oversight of operational SLAs                                               
  • Create and foster a team environment that encourages people to take risks and do their best
  • Encourage high standards of performance and inspire others to define new opportunities and continuously improve the organization
  • Enhance the maturity of client runbooks and client centric knowledge management
  • Incorporate process and methodology that will help with shepherding clients from implementation to run through a robust digitally engaging Ops Readiness startup process
  • Engage when appropriate during sales process by participating in sales presentations, proposal generation, utilization, and prioritization, and representing a compelling integrated Ensono solution selling Ensono’s operational delivery services

Skills and Experience

Experience

  • 15+ years in a Managed Services Provider’s Consulting/Operations/Professional Services -related leadership/executive position
  • At least 7 of these years should be in leadership roles
  • Demonstrated success in leading global IT operations
  • Experience leading through influence across multiple functions and programs and partners
  • Experience Defining, Managing, Tracking and Improving Internal and Client service levels
  • Proven business partnership, matrix management, develop global relationships

Knowledge

  • Experience in leading Advanced Managed Services offerings desired
  • In-depth understanding of Ensono’s service offerings or equivalent MSP vertical
  • Experience with managing Managed Azure/ AWS accounts
  • Advanced Technical Azure / AWS certificates will be considered a plus

  • Ability to communicate across all levels of the Company and Globally
  • Ability to demonstrate an increase in responsibility and influence both technical and non-technical executives
  • Excellent client centric metrics experience, critical thinking skills with an innate ability to coach data driven decision-making mechanics
  • Excellent people management and influencing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; including handling challenging Client or Associate Communications in high-pressure situations
  • Ability to mentor and guide individuals on both working practices and technical ability
  • Ability to develop plans and organize a strategic roadmap long-term

Education:

  • Four Year college degree in Information Technology, Business, or Engineering
  • MBA or equivalent a plus
