Automate Portfolio Data Collection and Reporting: Design and implement automated workflows to gather, clean, and visualize project portfolio data, streamlining reporting processes for improved accuracy and efficiency.

Develop AI-Driven Insights: Apply machine learning techniques to analyze portfolio trends, predict project risks, and generate actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

Build Interactive Dashboards: Create and maintain dynamic dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau, enabling stakeholders to monitor project status, resource allocation, and key metrics in real time.
What You Will Do:
– Collect, clean, and analyze project portfolio data from various sources
– Develop and maintain portfolio reporting models and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
– Automate data collection, transformation, and reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
– Apply AI and machine learning techniques to uncover trends, predict risks, and enhance portfolio insights
– Support the creation of automated reporting solutions for project status, resource allocation, and financial metrics
– Assist in identifying trends, risks, and opportunities across the project portfolio
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights
– Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What You Will Need:
– Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
– Experience with Python, R, or similar programming languages for data analysis and automation
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
– Experience with SQL or other data querying languages
– Exposure to AI and machine learning concepts and tools (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Azure ML)
– Knowledge of project management concepts and methodologies
– Prior internship or project experience in data analysis, automation, or reporting
