Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Management
    • Lead and mentor a team of IT support professionals across multiple time zones.
    • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture focused on service excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Service Delivery & Operations
    • Oversee end user support services including desktop support, conference room technology, and remote assistance.
    • Ensure consistent and high-quality IT service delivery across all regions.
    • Monitor and report on service performance using KPIs and SLAs.
  • Technology & Process Optimization
    • Drive standardization of tools, processes, and policies across global support teams.
    • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure seamless end user experiences.
    • Lead initiatives to improve endpoint management, software deployment, and device lifecycle management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Act as a key liaison between IT and business units to understand user needs and improve service delivery.
    • Communicate effectively with senior leadership on performance, challenges, and strategic initiatives.
  • Compliance & Risk Management
    • Ensure adherence to IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
    • Manage risk related to end user computing and support services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT service delivery, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing diverse teams and delivering IT support across multiple regions.
  • Experience managing budgets for the purchase of end user equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL practices, service desk operations, and endpoint technologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365).

Preferred Skills:

  • ITIL or similar certification.
  • Experience in a multinational enterprise environment.
  • Familiarity with remote work technologies and hybrid workplace support models.
  • Experience working in diverse cultural environments.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this role is $84,000 to $123,000 annually based on a full-time schedule. Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs. In addition to base salary, other compensation programs, depending on eligibility, include an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, and an equity grant under our Associate Equity Appreciation Program.
