About the Role and What You’ll Be Doing:
As the Chief of Staff for the Global Cloud and Infrastructure organization, you will serve as a strategic partner and trusted confidant to the SVP, Cloud & Infrastructure. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the intersection of strategy, operations, people, and culture — and it comes at a pivotal moment, as Ensono’s Infrastructure organization undergoes significant growth and transformation.
You will be the connective tissue of a globally distributed, highly capable team — bringing cohesion, accountability, and momentum to an organization that is evolving rapidly. You will elevate leadership capabilities, drive associate engagement, and build the communication and operational rhythms that allow the team to execute with consistency and clarity.
This role requires deep emotional intelligence, a genuine passion for developing people, and the organizational change management expertise to guide a complex team through transformation. You will invest in building a strong internal network across Ensono so that you can get things done, align priorities, and remove friction across organizational boundaries. As a key member of the broader Ensono Chief of Staff community, you will collaborate closely with peer Chiefs of Staff within Global Operations to drive enterprise-wide alignment and shared program excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner and confidant to the SVP, Cloud & Infrastructure — providing candid counsel, closing execution gaps, and ensuring organizational priorities are clearly owned and actioned.
- Lead organizational change management efforts as the Cloud and Infrastructure organization undergoes significant transformation, including supporting structural changes, culture evolution, and associate readiness.
- Design and execute a communications strategy that delivers consistent, transparent, and frequent messaging to a geographically dispersed Cloud and Infrastructure organization.
- Establish and maintain the rhythm of business for the organization — including meeting cadences, staff meeting management, efficiency and cost savings, metrics reviews, and goal accountability frameworks.
- Coach and develop next-level leaders across the Cloud and Infrastructure team, building leadership capabilities, emotional intelligence, and cross-functional effectiveness throughout the organization.
- Drive associate engagement strategies — identifying gaps, designing programs, and creating an environment where associates feel connected, valued, and motivated.
- Partner with the Managing Director, Ensono India and global regional leaders to ensure cross-geographic alignment, inclusion, and consistent program execution.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners (Culture and People Experience or CPE at Ensono) to develop and execute talent strategies, including leadership development, career pathing, and associate engagement initiatives.
- Partner with FP&A and business leaders to support headcount management, budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes.
- Build and maintain a robust internal network across Ensono to enable effective cross-functional execution and accelerate the delivery of priority initiatives.
- Plan and execute leadership offsites, team events, and culture-building programs that foster connection, alignment, and shared purpose.
- Identify, structure, and drive multiple programs and initiatives in support of the Cloud and Infrastructure strategy and operational excellence.
- Develop and manage meeting strategies, agendas, executive presentations, and action item follow-up to ensure accountability at all levels.
- Provide ongoing stakeholder updates, proactively identify program and organizational risks, and recommend timely solutions.
Please note, this role is hybrid and will need to report onsite at our headquarters in Downers Grove, IL when the rest of the Infrastructure leadership team is onsite on a weekly basis.
