Proud to Be Ensono: The Sunday Times’ 100 Best Companies to Work For 2017

I am proud and privileged to be sharing this news for the fifth consecutive year: Ensono has been ranked 21st in the U.K. national newspaper TheSunday Times’ 100 Best Companies to Work For 2017. This highlights the dedication, teamwork, energy and wonderful culture we have built together over the years.
The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For showcases the best of Britain’s employers, and it is our team members themselves who fill in an anonymous survey on which we are scored, sharing their opinions on the management team and Ensono’s values. There are 4,500 businesses who register, so it’s no mean feat to end up on the list and we could not have done it without the dedication and hard work of our team.
This is our first win under the Ensono name, rather than Attenda, and long may it continue. Ensono remained the highest rated IT services company on The Sunday Times list, and retained the Three Star Extraordinary Best Companies Accreditation, reflecting our continued commitment to enhancing our employees’ experience and living up to our corporate values.
On the more detailed scoring, our top factor rank was ‘My Team’ where Ensono ranked 10th overall, demonstrating how effectively we work together across the company. We also scored the 26th place on ‘Wellbeing’, where employees expressed happiness with their work life balance and low levels of stress and pressure.
The list was announced at an award ceremony in London, attended by our own Linda Fogarty, Culture and People Experience Business Partner, Tim Summerfield, Back-up and Operations Team Lead and Russell Jefford, Business Analyst.
This award is a testament to the commitment Ensono places on the development of its people and creating a strong culture and working environment in which we all thrive. I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the employees that made this possible with their feedback.
