Ensono Launches Synthetic Transaction Monitoring to Accelerate Digital Transformation

To eliminate poor user experiences, Ensono’s synthetic transaction monitoring will improve application visibility

DOWNERS GROVE, Ill., Nov. 18, 2021 — Ensono, a leading end-to-end managed services provider, today announced the launch of synthetic transaction monitoring (STM), a new service to help enterprises improve user experience and gain insights into application availability and performance. Currently deployed for over 750 applications, STM acts as an additional layer of monitoring to identify and resolve issues quickly, ensuring enterprises can focus on meeting transformation goals without service disruptions.

In a recent 451 Research survey, 79% of businesses are likely to switch providers over poor app or service performance. This performance can directly impact future goal setting or service delivery so, by identifying and resolving its issues before a poor experience, organizations can retain customer satisfaction. STM, as a new addition to Ensono’s Application Monitoring solutions, is designed to give the visibility and insights needed to optimize performance and improve the application user experience.
