Responsibilities
Act as a primary point of contact for all benefits questions and work to resolve issues through analysis, research, vendor interface, documentation and communication
Assist in the preparation and execution of open enrollment
Assist with the branding, design, and development of communication tools to enhance understanding and awareness of the company’s benefits, including intranet pages, creative email and alternative communication campaigns
Assist in the building and administration of compensation and benefits processes that are tied to major employment milestones such as new hire, job and compensation changes, benefit changes, and leave of absence.
Assist with ad-hoc as well as large-scale annual compensation analyses and coordination of survey submissions in support of our competitive positioning
Perform audits as needed to ensure accurate and timely vendor and payroll integration into benefit processes
Review, reconcile and process vendor payments
Assist with required plan audits as needed
Work on special projects, as needed

Qualifications:
Required:
3-5 years of relevant experience administering health and welfare as well as retirement benefits
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business and/or equivalent and relevant experience
Strong customer focus and desire to improve processes and programs
Proficiency with the Microsoft Word and very strong Excel skills and deep knowledge of formulas, sorting, and formatting functionality
Good knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations affecting and related to health and welfare benefits
Experience with HCMS/HRIS systems
Ability to continuously re-shift, prioritize, and execute multiple projects and/or tasks working together collaboratively with HR teammates
Have clear written communication and presentation skills
Possess the ability to easily establish rapport with all levels of organization and to cultivate relationships
Have the ability to effectively manage sensitive and confidential communications and materials

Preferred:
CEBS certification
Experience in Compensation responding to surveys and extracting and analyzing compensation data
Experience administering absence management processes.
Workday experience
Good Microsoft Powerpoint skills
