Talent Acquisition Specialist, Technical – Contractor

What you will do:

·         Manage full life cycle recruiting for multiple open roles in various departments of the organization

·         Fulfill roles for technical functions

·         Your responsibilities include – gathering requirements and understanding the roles. Post compelling job descriptions, source passive and active candidates from targeted companies, review candidate resumes/profiles against requirements, conduct thorough screening calls, schedule interviews, update internal applicant tracking system, extend offers and negotiate complex compensation packages, and keep key stakeholders abreast of progress

·         Utilize creative recruiting resources and techniques to identify and engage top talent including social media tools, referral programs, user groups, internal and external talent databases

·         Adhere to recruiting processes and best practices. Help to optimize and bring efficiency to the sourcing and hiring process and documentation.

·         Track and update recruiting metrics, generate reports as needed

·         Build consultative partnerships with assigned hiring leaders by providing excellent customer service, guiding leaders toward best recruiting and hiring practices and delivering quality results consistently. Train hiring managers in HRIS tasks

·         Learn and stay abreast of Ensono’s value proposition in the marketing landscape and convincingly articulate it to targeted talent

 

What you will need:

·       Experience working in a full lifecycle recruiting position, ideally in a growth environment

·       A sense of urgency and take initiative to fulfill positions

·       Ability to work with both local and remote stakeholders and team members

·       General knowledge of legal/compliance laws related to recruitment and hiring

·       Outstanding communication skills – both verbal and written

·       Stellar customer service with proven experience using consultative skills to earn the trust of high-level company stakeholders

·       Experience using social media for recruitment, referral tools, on-line recruiting tools/databases, and ability to adapt to new recruiting technologies

 

What will set you apart:

·         Highly motivated personality and eager to grow

·         Bachelor’s Degree

·         Understanding and experience in hiring for IT industry, ideally in a services-based organization

·         Understanding or knowledge of cloud technologies

·         Experience negotiating complex job offers is a plus but not mandatory

·         Experience in executive level sourcing is a big plus

·         Ability to keep up with changing priorities
