Sr. Manager, Identity Management

The Sr. Manager of Identity Management is an individual with a strong background in information security technologies and processes with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM). The Sr. Manager of IAM, under the direction of the Director of Identity Management, will be part of an expanding team responsible for engineering security solutions for Ensono’s global identity infrastructure. The Sr. Manager of IAM will lead the evaluation, development, implementation of identity management solutions, standards and guidelines for multiple platforms and diverse system environments. The Sr. Manager will need to be able to ensure that the solution aligns with architectural and business models to achieve optimal solutions for Ensono and its clients.

This individual will lead the technical resources and work with various business leaders to understand their needs for access and develop proper solutions.  This position is critical to Ensono’s success in that timely and accurate provisioning of credentials in a compliant, measurable way, is central to Ensono’s ability to provide service.

After-hours and/or on-call duty may be required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Strong technical writing skills to include the ability to provide clearly written and detailed reports on projects for communication to leaders
  • The design, implementation, and governance of IAM solutions
  • Develop a Requests for Proposal (RFP) for vendor and technical solutions
  • Creation of Project Charters, Sizing, Analysis and Justification of new projects to drive innovation within the IAM Systems footprint
  • Support internal and customer auditing requirements
  • Create internal and customer facing security standards and procedures
  • Align procedures, processes, and IAM tools to support a single global identity strategy
  • Provide guidance to and mentorship to members of the Identity Management Team and associated teams within other departments
  • Evaluate, test, and IAM solutions and work with teams to implement and maintain those solutions
  • Develop and mentor team members in their roles in identity management including performance and team building tasks
  • Plans, organizes, motivates, and controls resources to achieve defined goals
  • Having wide-ranging experience in Identity Management and Identity Governance
  • Design and govern identity solutions to comply with compliance standards such as PCI-DSS, SOC2, HIPAA, etc.
  • Participate in annual budget process, periodic forecasting, and analysis of operational performance
  • Provide recommendations and assist with the creation of security product roadmaps
  • Consult with product owners to ensure alignment of solutions to security product offerings

Knowledge and skills:

  • 7 or more years full-time experience in an information security position
  • Having wide-ranging experience in Identity Management and Identity Governance
  • Experience with design and implementation of Identity and Access Management solutions
  • Knowledgeable in identity solutions such as Okta, Active Directory, LDAP, SailPoint, ServiceNow, and ACF2/RACF
  • Experience with password vaulting for encrypting and storing credentials


  • Security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH, SANS GIAC
  • Bachelor’s degree in information security or a related field of study
