Job Description for ServiceNow Developer (JR006124)

Key Responsibilities

  • Involve Core Development requirements and ensure the deliverables on time.
  • Develop Service Catalog forms and workflows to support our internal associate experience.
  • Design and modification of ServiceNow Service Portal.
  • Work with product owners and other stakeholders to ensure that applications deliver the required business value.
  • Work with stakeholders and end users to identify usability and productivity improvements.
  • Deliver high quality, defect-free and testable code.
  • Actively participate in backlog refinement, estimation sessions and daily stand-ups.
  • Prepare for and participate in sprint reviews.

Knowledge/Experience

  • 5 years of experience of ITSM Tool’s experience with at least 3 years of experience implementing various solutions on the ServiceNow platform as developer.
  • Scripting (Client and Server side), REST and SOAP Messages, basic design knowledge in ITSM Module.
  • Skilled in ServiceNow scripting like Business Rule, Script include, Fix scripts workflows, UI Action, UI Policy, Client scripts, Email Inbound.
  • Implemented ServiceNow project in Domain separated instance.
  • Solid knowledge in JavaScript & AngularJS Coding Skills.

Job Description for Sr. ServiceNow Developer (JR004515)

Key Responsibilities

  • Take the ownership of Core Development requirements and ensure the deliverables on time.
  • Involve in the area of ServiceNow Service Catalog, develop forms and workflows to support our internal associate experience.
  • Work with product owners and other stakeholders to ensure that applications deliver the required business value.
  • Capability to build a design that can be maintained and used long time.
  • Work with stakeholders and end users to identify usability and productivity improvements.
  • Deliver high quality, defect-free and testable code.
  • Actively participate in backlog refinement, estimation sessions and daily standups.
  • Prepare for and participate in sprint reviews.
  • Maintain with custom applications development, migration & upgrades.
  • Capability to build a design that can be maintained and used long time.

Knowledge/Experience

  • 8 years of experience of ITSM products with at least 5 years of experience implementing various solutions on the ServiceNow platform as developer.
  • In depth knowledge on different ServiceNow functionalities (ITSM, CSM, ITOM etc)
  • Very good experience of REST and SOAP based integration, scripted REST and SOAP API creation.
  • Hands-on development experience of ServiceNow scripting like Business Rule, Script include, Fix scripts workflows, UI Action, UI Policy, Client scripts, Email Inbound.
  • Implemented ServiceNow project in Domain separated instance.
  • Solid background working with JavaScript, AngularJS, SOAP and REST API connection, XML, HTML, CSS, and Web Services.
