Responsibilities:

  • Be a client advocate.
  • The point of escalations for client’s operational needs.
  • Manage, lead, and coordinate operational projects and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client environments and support procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for improvements and address inefficiencies.

Required Skills:

  • Experience working in any of the following areas: project management, service delivery, technical account management, or systems administration.
  • Working towards industry-recognized technical credentials (i.e., AWS, Microsoft, or Cisco certifications).
  • Demonstrate an understanding of any of the following technologies: Mainframe, Open Systems, Virtualization, Databases, Cloud Computing, Middleware, or Networking.
  • Demonstrable troubleshooting and investigative skills.
  • In possession of a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Client and task focused.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities from a variety of stakeholders.
  • An adept communicator who can interact with audiences of varying skill sets and experiences.
  • Calm under pressure and able to assist with the management of major incidents.

Nice to have Skills:

  • Possessing industry-recognized technical credentials (i.e., AWS, Microsoft, or Cisco certifications).
  • Deep understanding of any of the following technologies: Mainframe, Open Systems, Virtualization, Databases, Cloud Computing, Middleware, or Networking.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and investigative skills.
  • The ability to manage, independently, competing priorities from a variety of stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage major incidents while remaining calm under pressure
