In the Client Support Organisation we have a vacancy for a SAP Netweaver Consultant. Due to a surge in interest from our UK and US regions, we are looking to fill this vacancy quite quickly.
The SAP Netweaver Support Team support our Enterprise level clients SAP Technology requirements from design, migration & build, through to BAU support. We are responsible for ensuring the availability of SAP systems and related products, as well as the proactive monitoring for potential issues. The role is mainly focused on BAU support but will include occasional project work when the client upgrades their systems or implements new SAP applications.
Candidate must have a working knowledge of SAP Basis, have experience with database technologies such as MS-SQL, HANA or Oracle, and understand of both Windows and Linux. Public Cloud knowledge would be beneficial, but Ensono would be prepared to develop you in these skills.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a willingness to learn and to independently investigate solutions to complex problems.

Providing support to client’s SAP infrastructure and maintaining high availability through proactive measures
Resolving complex SAP technical problems
Administration and troubleshooting of SAP issues.
Ensuring clients & partners are updated on current status of issues
Act as Principal Support Analyst for key SAP Clients
Participation in the on-call rota
Represent Client Support during the delivery of any new complex SAP solutions or technical refreshes of SAP landscapes
Attend monthly service reviews, as practical, to support the Service Delivery Management
Good understanding of enterprise infrastructure technology
Working knowledge of both Linux and Windows.
Working knowledge in one of the following databases: Oracle, MS SQL server, Sybase or HANA.
Experience in both Netweaver (ABAP and Java) stacks.
Experience in Netweaver standalone engines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical approach to problem solving.
Ability to develop innovative solutions to problems.
Experience of running mission critical systems within a multi-site data center environment.
SAP Basis experience in a multi–customer environment.
Managing incidents in a multi-customer environment.
