Interfaces with client and internal business teams regarding business problems, issues and opportunities in the context of business requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle. Analyzes business information, translates requirements into functional specifications and champions client and/or internal business needs while balancing climate, priorities, capabilities and constraints of client and Ensono environments.
Conducts interviews to gather business requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.Facilitates workshops with the cross functional teams to develop design options to drive cross functional decision in a collaborative approach.
Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to illustrate gaps and to provide direction to developers and/or the project teamGather intelligence from corporate executives and middle managers about needs and future growth to help build the roadmap.
Partner with application directors and creators to ensure each project meets a specific need and resolves successfully
Participates in the QA of purchased solutions to ensure features and functions have been enabled and optimized.
Participates in the selection of any requirements documentation software solutions that the organization may opt to use.
Assume responsibility for project tasks and ensure they are completed in a timely fashion
Evaluate, test and recommend new opportunities for enhancing our software, hardware and IT processes
Compile and distribute reports on application development and deployment
Design and execute A/B testing procedures to extract data from test runs
Evaluate and draw conclusions from data related to customer behavior. Able to understand data across various systems being used in various processes and impact of data on processes to drive information architecture.
Passionate about learning new technologies and new trends in the industry to help build use cases to improve ongoing practices.
Consult with the executive team and the IT department on the newest technology and its implications in the industry
Experience with executing IT application project is desired. Can build plans, scope, risks and timelines. Can take up projects execution if needed
Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
A degree in IT / Computer Science/ business
Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
Basic knowledge in generating process documentation. Any past experience with lean six sigma or developing VSM would be highly desired.
Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
Trainings: IIBA-CBAP or PMI PBA
BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) or equivalent preferred
Functional Domain experience: HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, MSP, IT Operations and Project Systems
Application experience (preferred): Workday or equivalent ERP, Salesforce or equivalent CRM, ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM system
