To Manage multiple small/Medium Size, SW and Infra projects simultaneously (Through Scrum Master role of Scrum/LeSS or as RTE of SAFe)
Directing the teams through their scrum cadence
Drive successful delivery of highest value features
Lead and coach project teams.in implementing Scrum in order to maximize velocity.
Guides team in time sprint planning, estimating practices and facilitates team estimates
Develop schedule and plans that support the business objectives, timelines, budgets and deliverables
Efficiently manage the development sprints from planning to execution to review in an agile development environment.
Effectively running daily scrums, managing the product backlog, collaborating on requirement documentation and unblocking roadblocks to keep the team moving.
Candidate will be responsible to communicate and collaborate primarily with the stakeholders and senior management teams.
Manage project conflicts, challenges and dynamic business requirements to keep operations running at a high performance
Work with the team leads to resolve people problems and project roadblocks
Able to do RCA in Sprint retrospectives to help teams continuously improve their practices to ensure maximum productivity
Implement improvement stories to increase the velocity and quality of the teams/Projects/Program
Strong experience and efficiency to collaborate with cross-functional teams and demonstrate strong leadership abilities.
Strong experience in Agile, combined with more traditional project management skills. Expert coach on implementation of agile scrum Deep understanding of the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development. Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, principles, rules and practices Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile procedures to predict the development teams’ needs.
Must have handled projects in both application and infrastructure scopes
Solid experience working with Architecture teams to assess and size story/epics.
Comfortable with presenting project readouts to Executive level audience
Deep understanding of agile metrics (tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories etc.) and tools (Jira) to analyze and improve sprint planning
Ability to understand and represent both the business and technology
Excellent communicator in person, over the phone and through email
Self-motivated, organized and proactive.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software/Computer Engineer or related field and a combination of work experience
8+ years of total experience among which at least 4 yrs. as Scrum Master/Agile Coach/RTE and few years in traditional project management
