The Program Manager – Microsoft Alliance is responsible for the development and execution of programs which will drive Ensono’s co-sell engine within its Microsoft Alliance. These are large complex, multi-phased projects with internal and external team dependencies. The Program Manager will prepare, execute, and drive comprehensive project plans, ensuring project completion within defined scope, quality, time, and budget.
Key activities include:
Build, execute, and track comprehensive project plans, managing dependencies and ensuring completion within defined timeframe and budget
Utilize Ensono tools, such as Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Project, and salesforce.com to ensure process for efficient project management
Prepare creative briefs and presentations to effectively communicate project objectives and plans to Ensono leadership, Microsoft partnership team, agencies, and others involved in the decision making and/or execution of projects
Develop and curate content required for programs and campaigns by establishing cadence and effectively coordinating with subject matter experts, project task owners, and vertical teams within Ensono and with partners.
Identify, facilitate and confirm participation of the appropriate speakers and thought leaders for partner events
Leverage Microsoft partner tools, such as Microsoft Partner Marketing Center and Microsoft’s Partner-led Azure Customer Experiences (PACE) to power and fund Ensono’s Microsoft alliance programs and campaigns
Interface with Ensono corporate marketing on program and events, to ensure alignment to calendars and resources
Create and manage calendar of Microsoft partner events, such as webinars and roundtables, and ensure the event approvals, scheduling and execution align to Microsoft funding guidelines, and Ensono process.
