Process Analyst – MF Optimize

Key Responsibilities

  • Governance towards the Onboarding Process in Software lifecycle management.
  • Identify the gaps, establish, maintain a common scorecard for various process in lifecycle management
  • Collaborate with leaders and work towards Process improvements.
  • Coordinate with Delivery Managers and Client to enforce the standard process.
  • Manage the report team, identify the reporting flaws and work towards  continuous improvement.
  • Identify the opportunities for automation and coordinate with multiple teams to implement automation.
  • Provide recommendations on process improvement to reduce the turn around time.  
  • Conduct meetings, discuss with Technical and Managerial stakeholders to identify their challenges in results, recommend best practices.
  • 8+ years in IT Industry, managed a team.

Knowledge

  • Knowledge on  Infrastructure Managed services business and various functions.
  • Understanding of Mainframe and its software is a plus.
  • Hands on experience of reporting through Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL
  • Hands on experience of any scripting knowledge – Shell/ Powershell, VB Scripting, Perl, Python, Ansible playbooks, AWX etc.
  • Good understanding of Automation through Scripting or Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
  • Basic technical awareness of IT infrastructure (Windows, Unix)
  • Knowledge of the ITIL framework

  • Strong sense of ownership & urgency, ability to prioritize, attention to detail, flexibility, sense of vigilance & adherence to all compliance procedures& policies.
  • Respectful of different cultures, working with colleagues from across the globe.
  • In addition to technical skills, data reporting analysts should be excellent communicator. “The ability to communicate with business teams, end users and executives is vital. Reporting analyst must work directly with business teams to understand reporting requirements.”
