Our Principal Advisors identify and unlock quantified value for our clients to justify large-scale projects, which use Ensono’s solutions, products and services.



Reporting to the Director, Advisory you will build relationships with client CxOs to understand and solve their business challenges and specific needs.


The Principal will lead multiple complex solutions specifying the direction, determining how to formulate the approach and managing the different team members’ contributions. These include defining scope, key solution principles, client interactions, coaching the team, and providing oversight on the final client deliverables.

The Principal is able to represent Ensono services, including consulting practices, as well as provide expertise in multiple industries. As a natural result of the real expertise they have built in functional or industry areas, this allows them to create new thinking and develop new approaches that can be applied to a variety of client challenges. They are inspirational team leaders, typically serving as valued mentors for several people, both on and off their teams. An important part of their role is to help team members develop and grow throughout the course of every engagement.

·      Brings prior experience to organise and define work for complex or ambiguous situations.

·      Provides consultation, training, and knowledge sharing to associates.

      Actively contributes to domain body of knowledge via. horizon scanning; keeps ExCo, Sales and Marketing functions up to date with market, competitor, technology insights etc.

·      Responsible for being the subject matter expert for the implementation and ensuring the implementation adheres to the proposed design

·      Responsible for producing business cases to support client investment

·      Engages in project communications with the client using a consultative approach, anticipates obstacles, and recommends solution options to mitigate.

      Responsible for providing clients with strategic business, digital and technology consultancy, working with others to deliver economic/business justification, business and digital strategy, data and AI strategy, business analysis etc.

      Consults on the development of Ensono/Amido GTM offerings.

      Provide pre-sales support and strategic input on key business development opportunities.

      Establishes and maintain relationships with an agreed portfolio of key clients, including senior LoB personnel (CFO, COO, CMO etc.). 

       Work with the Marketing function to plan and deliver activities that establish the company as a credible thought-leader in modernisation and digital transformation; stay up-to-date with trends in technology and digital transformation, turning insight into client and market-facing marketing.

      Be the ‘voice of the customer’ – represent the client to ensure business value, alignment and quality of services and solutions keeping the customer at the centre of engagements
