Multi-Tower Deal Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity for a multi-tower specialist to work on complex, large, new, and existing customers deals as a sales specialist.

The person who is ultimately selected for this role will have the responsibility for the following: 

1.    Understand the client’s objectives, establish Ensono’s value proposition, and connect the value with Ensono products.
2.    Package the solution, pricing, and proposals to clients. 
3.    Lead the pursuit in a cross-functional environment. 
4.    Win themes and Competition mapping for a given pursuit. 
5.    The role will be responsible to run WAR rooms and have responsibility to create unique and optimal solutions that differentiate Ensono. 
6.    We also are looking for someone that can envision a transformational roadmap and ensure
that commitments can be delivered.     
7.    A person who is comfortable in articulating win themes and value propositions that position Ensono favorably with its customers.   
8.    You should be adept as well at orchestrating deals by leading bid teams comprising of New Logo or Client Partners, Sales specialists, and Consulting teams. 
9.    A person in this role that would be able to work as a specialist in the area of deal making, schedule effectively to work on multiple deals and adept in working with different teams. 
10.    A person with an understand of deal financials, market understanding, and an ability to articulate the commercials proposition to our clients. 
11.    A deep level of understanding of complex contracts, ability to negotiate with customers senior leadership teams. 
12.    The candidate should be able to work and track Pursuit plans, and capture lessons learnt for future pursuit. 
13.    The candidate should be able to work with the solutions team to scrub cost models, take out any overlaps, and optimize the commercial proposition for the client. 
14.    The candidate with the Growth-mindset in an organization that is growing double digits for the last 5 years. 

Knowledge and Experience Required:
 
•    An understanding of Consulting, Cloud, and Transformation programs. 
•    Knowledge of Infrastructure Services and Cloud-native Application Development services. Infrastructure services that span across Datacenter services, Public Cloud, Private Cloud, and Optimization services. 
•    Consulting engagements with assessments, migration, and leading into managed services revenue 
•    Large rollouts, implementation, system integration, support and maintenance 
•    An understanding of the technology, and Industry trends, across BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Retail landscape. 
•    Public Cloud trends, optimization, migration, and Cloud-native development. 
•    An understanding of modernization of the legacy platforms to newer technologies using Ensono’s IP and expertise 
•    A deep level of understanding on the IT portfolio of services and products. 
•    15+ years of IT Experience in solution building, solution selling and program management.
•    4-5 years of deal making experience for large deals (TCV of $25M+)
