Legal Counsel – Commercial/Government Contracting

Ensono’s global Commercial Contracting Office has opened a position for a Legal Counsel role. In this role you will provide front line support for Ensono’s global sales and strategic revenue generating commercial transactions by collaboratively setting deal structure and strategy, performing contract review, drafting and negotiation, coordinating internal approvals and taking overall responsibility for deal completion.

You will be a talented attorney with strong business acumen, initiative, drive, and experience who can handle a high volume of varied and complex commercial transactions for government and non-government contracts. You will play a pivotal role in Ensono achieving its strategic and financial objectives by providing consultative, strategic, and analytic support services on commercial transactions.

As the ideal candidate, you will have a demonstrated ability to develop strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders, as well as Ensono’s sophisticated enterprise sales or outsourcing customers.
