JOB ROLE SUMMARY Responsible for the enterprise solution overview, ensuring solution incorporates clients’ and Ensono overall business strategy and technical vision. Uncovers prospect/client’s business issues, creating high level business requirements. Determines if Ensono has the capability/capacity to solve prospect/client’s business problems. Liaisons with sales, account management, technical/delivery executives and industry solution architects to ensure seamless customer service in the sales and delivery process.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Takes leadership role with the sales team in assessing high level technical requirements. Determines if Ensono has the capability/capacity to solve prospect/client's business problems. Promotes appropriate solutions and services based on client needs. Develops, presents or responds to proposals for specific client requirements, including the technical content for request for proposal responses and industry-specific solutions. Collaborates with other teams regarding price determination. Responsible for the enterprise solution overview. Ensures individualized solution requirements and design incorporates Ensono and client's overall solution vision. Anticipates obstacles and recommends solution options. Focuses on client value and satisfaction while balancing Ensono enterprise objectives, feasibility and scalability of solutions. Ensures solution fulfills functional and technical requirements and can consistently meet progress against SLA's. Accountable for the accuracy, process, integrity, quality and stewardship of client solutions. Monitors implementation initial progress in order to stay abreast of possible issues and future challenges. Consults, advises and educates management, affected team and clients through communications at the appropriate technical granularity. Regularly shares best solution practices and incorporates lessons learned into estimates, standards and protocols and educates associates and leaders across the enterprise. Lead subject matter expert in Ensono and industry technologies, verticals and lines of business in order to help align client business needs to products, solutions and services offered. Documents and shares best practices and case studies. Identifies areas of process improvement that drive profit enhancement. Define Ensono solution standards, estimates, processes, policies and procedures. Utilizes standard methodologies to promote consistency and drives adherence to standards within designated teams. Keeps informed and evaluates the latest industry news, trends, products, services, competitors and relevant existing and emerging technologies.
PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING: Advanced knowledge of Ensono products, development and support organizations.
CONSULTANT: Consistently provides proven, formal mentorship. – High complexity assignments. Owns high, complexity assignments. Provides oversight/mentorship on other assignments. Leads self and others. – Provides consultation, training, and knowledge sharing to associates. Understands how whole picture aligns to overall Ensono strategy.
COMMUNICATION: Demonstrates strong verbal communication verbal and written skills. Has the ability to communicate with VP-level management, external clients and internal cross-functional teams. Strong presentation skills. Leads small to medium group collaboration/presentations.
LEADERSHIP: Leverages personal influence and relationships. Ability to build strong internal and client relationships. Supports corporate goals through his/her personal actions. Demonstrates the ability to deliver complex initiatives across multiple organizations. Makes sound recommendations with sound analysis, that add significant and broad benefits to a large team/group.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position does not have direct reports but may mentor less experienced associates in the role.

QUALIFICATIONS Required None
Preferred Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 4 years experience; or equivalent work experience Expert level knowledge of Ensono products and solutions and ability to apply that knowledge to industry and client business problems; excellent networking skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders across the enterprise; prior sales support and solutions architecture leadership experience
