Digital Project Manager

What you’ll bring to Ensono Digital:

Project Planning, Execution, & Management:

• Ability to define and organize detailed project plans and releases reflective of client goals and deliverables outlined in SOWs.
• Understanding of how multi-disciplinary SCRUM teams operate cross functionally towards a common goal and how they operate within a project and client's organizational constraints.
• Can facilitate scoping and estimation of moderately complex projects.
• Ability to identify skills and resources needed for implementation. You’ll collaborate with resource managers to ensure proper resource allocation to projects.
• Independently manages multi-disciplinary project teams in the development and execution of simple to complex multi-phased projects.
• Ability to manage client expectations, timelines, scope, and budget by utilizing project management tools and techniques.
• Inspects and reviews projects to ensure adherence to project standards and established guidelines and methodology.
• Understanding of risk management and how to establish a risk management process that identifies, qualifies and quantifies a risk, and how to plan risk responses against a forecast proximity and how to manage risk and dependencies throughout a project lifecycle.
• Great communication skills. Ability to develop and implement communication plans for project teams. Uses meeting management, conflict management, and presentation techniques to facilitate client and team alignment.
• Creates and ensures timely delivery of accurate, complete, and concise meeting notes, presentations, and project status reports for external distribution.
• Communicates and manages relationships with key stakeholders from various departments including sales, software developers, quality assurance engineers, business analysts, user experience designers, and operations.
• Creating a collaborative team environment where everyone’s opinion is heard, but you know when to be assertive, back down or escalate
   

Process Improvement

• Develops and collaborates with team on new tools and methods for improving our project management system.

Qualifications

Preferred:  

• Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience in agile software development.
• Experience with interfacing with enterprise level clients.
• Knowledgeable in project management and solution development methodologies.
• Familiarity with the software development process, agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Applications.
• Highly organized
• Excellent communication skills in person and in digital correspondence.
• Demonstrated team leadership and group collaboration.
• Desire to improve processes and lead by example.
• Flexible and can quickly adapt to changes in priorities or procedure.
• Self-starter who can hit the ground running.

Desired:

• Experience in the field with a PMP certification.
• SCRUM certification
