The Client Engagement Manager plays a crucial role in driving Ensono’s growth, and overall strategy. In this role, you will work directly on acquisition pursuits and with existing clients to demonstrate how Ensono can support critical business strategies and workloads, and ultimately win and drive revenue and profitability.
Lead multi-product solution architecture projects in the pursuit of complex Managed Services opportunities.
As a trusted advisor, develop and maintain a client-first perspective during all phases of deal cycle (RFP, negotiations, close, implementation).
Work with new logo and established accounts to organize large/complex solutions through to deal close.
Set agenda and cadence for internal and client stakeholders.
Help design pricing strategies and drive consensus and urgency among stakeholders.
Help scope project estimates with a focus on profitability.
Seek alignment with product managers, delivery organizations and operations.
5+ years’ experience in supporting large-scale managed services engagements
3+ years’ experience working in a service delivery organization
Familiarity with Managed Services over Azure/GCP/AWS, VMware virtualization, and IBM Mainframe
Familiarity with IT strategy, transformation, and integration skillsets
Familiarity with ITAR, NIST, HIPPA, FFIEC, DFAR, PCI compliance
