Client Partner, Renewals and Retention Lead

Ensono has just moved into a new investment cycle, with private equity backed strategic goals for growth. We’re aiming to double the size of our business in the coming years. Our strategy is also transforming, going beyond infrastructure into applications through strategic acquisition. Reporting to the Director, Client Partner Group Europe, you will be responsible for overlaying a strategy across all Client Partner managed accounts, approximately $40m of annual recurring revenue

YOUR MISSION:

  • Work with Client Partners to:

    Manage contract cycles of all strategic clients

    manage churn forecasts

    Develop opportunities for growth whether that’s as part of a renewal or proactively during the lifecycle of the contract

  • Lead and create propositions to develop ‘clients for life’

  • Work with the Sales Director to report and forecast the European client partner churn plan

  • Act as a strategic overlay, alongside the Client Partner to develop a long-term plan for retention and growth across each client

  • Prioritize strategic accounts for growth and key revenue significance for Ensono.

  • Lead the sales and renewal strategy for larger deals and develop a plan to execute them.

  • Transfer propositions across the vertical sectors and be a lead example in developing propositions

  • Sell consultatively and use the full range of assessment and services at your disposal.

YOU ARE:

  • A team player, who works well across internal teams to drive results – highly collaborative

  • Are truly passionate about technology and how it enables our world; particularly applications and enabling change.

EXTRA AWESOME:

You will have knowledge and relationships with hyperscale partners (AWS, Azure, Google or IBM) and their technologies and have a long record of successfully driving change for clients.
