Client Financial Management Partner

Job Description Summary:

The Client Financial Management Partner will support the account management team with contract registration, reporting & dashboarding, revenue/churn/expense forecasting, pricing, and ad hoc analysis to Executive Leadership team members and other business leaders. This position will partner with Account Management, FP&A, Accounting, Procurement and Billing to drive execution of Company’s large client engagements. The ideal candidate will leverage strong analytical skills to derive meaningful analysis and insights from both financial and non-financial data.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Effectively translate Ensono’s pricing models and assist various teams in contract/account setup across company tools and systems
• Leverage reports from financial systems (Workday/Adaptive Insights & Salesforce) to report on actual results and compare versus price case/budget/forecast and recent trends
• Independently analyze financial data, draw conclusions, and present results to management within areas of responsibility
• Deliver robust reporting and data visualization of client financials to C-Suite including CEO, CFO, President, and COO
• Develop and implement a higher level of automation into monthly processes and drive the use of dashboards to deliver key results for action by account teams
• Build strong relationships within broader Finance Org and build the financial acumen of account management partners
• Seek opportunities to build financial, accounting and analysis skills as well as knowledge of the IT outsourcing industry
• Act as a steward of the Company and drive for accurate reporting at a client/project, spend category, cost center and product levels
• Identify revenue leakage (requires us to capture in billing) or scope creep (will require a CO) and coordinate with account team and solution architect to price potential change orders

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a Data Sciences
• Minimum of 5-6 years of related experience
• Demonstrated expertise in use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to derive insights and handle ambiguity from limited data sets
• Interpret financial
• Ability to develop and communicate clear models to represent business situations and summarize key ideas to both financial and non-financial counterparts

• Attention to detail to develop accurate reports and analyses
• Strong sense of ownership to drive positive business results and personal growth
• Ability work with counterparts globally, including stakeholders in other regions (primarily UK and India)

Preferred:

• Demonstrated expertise in use of Workday/Adaptive/Salesforce
• Experience with financial reporting processes for an IT/technology company
